Project Overview
From Digital Gaps to Green Impact: Transforming Adult Education for a Sustainable Future is a KA122-ADU project led by InnovEdu Nexus Institut e.V., directly addressing the Erasmus+ priorities of digital transformation, the Green Deal, and inclusion. Through mobilities in Finland, Spain, Latvia, and Poland, the project will deliver transformative results: educators will gain cutting-edge digital and green competences, adult learners will achieve job-ready digital literacy, and the developed OER and partnerships will ensure broad European visibility, sustainability, and replicability

Become part of the European project “From Digital Gaps to Green Impact: Transforming Adult Education for a Sustainable Future”, which connects educators from Germany, Finland, Poland, Spain, and Latvia in a shared mission to make adult education more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable.Through four international mobilities — Job Shadowing (Finland), Short-term Learning (Poland), Teaching Assignment (Spain), and Group Learning (Latvia) — participants will explore green practices, digital tools, and the use of AI in education, building new skills and long-lasting European partnerships.
✅ Erasmus+ fully covers travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs for all selected participants, ensuring equal access and full focus on learning, exchange, and inspiration.
