Learn. Transform. Empower.
At InnovEdu Nexus Institut, 2025 is a year of bold action and meaningful impact. Through tailor-made training programs, we empower educators, entrepreneurs, and change agents to thrive in a world shaped by digital transformation, green innovation, and inclusive values.
Active across the Youth, Adult Education, and Vocational sectors, our 2025 projects bring people together—from educators seeking to use AI in the classroom, to professionals building sustainable businesses, to trainers shaping accessible learning environments.
Each initiative reflects our core belief: that education is not just about learning, but about unlocking potential, removing barriers, and creating a Europe where no one is left behind..
Motto: "Empowering Educators, Transforming Learning"
They arrived with questions — and left ready to reinvent adult learning. This wasn’t theory. It was hands-on, no-fluff, AI-in-action training tailored for the ADU field. From personalized learning tools to ethical EdTech, participants explored how artificial intelligence can empower every learner, everywhere. Lifelong learning just got smarter! January 2025: 25 Adult Educators. 4 Days. One Transformative Experience.
The Green Skills 360 – Digital & Sustainable Entrepreneurship training, held in June 2025 in Ulm, Germany, equipped entrepreneurs, educators, and green industry professionals with the skills to merge sustainability and digital innovation. Over five intensive days, participants explored AI, IoT, circular economy, and sustainable marketing strategies, creating actionable plans for profitable and environmentally responsible businesses. The program produced a cohort of professionals ready to drive sustainable growth and digital transformation in their fields.
Motto: "No Barriers, Only Opportunities"
The Inclusive Learning – Digital Accessibility for All training, taking place in November 2025 in Ulm, Germany, will bring together educators, trainers, and EdTech innovators to master AI-powered tools, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and assistive technologies. Over five days, participants will develop practical strategies to create inclusive, barrier-free digital learning environments that empower every learner to succeed.
From 19 to 22 May 2025, representatives of InnovEdu Nexus Institut e.V. took part in a training organised at the invitation of the Belgrade Business and Arts Academy of Applied Studies (Serbia). The training was designed for university and administrative staff and covered topics such as the effective use of digital platforms in teaching, innovative online collaboration, and the development of digital learning content. The event concluded with an official certificate of appreciation, confirming the successful cooperation and exchange of best practices in higher education.
The S.M.A.R.T. – AI & Digital Power for Rural Entrepreneurs project (01.09.2025 – 28.02.2027) will equip rural entrepreneurs and trainers with AI-driven marketing tools to boost sustainable growth and reduce migration. Through expert mentorship, EQF-certified training, and a collaborative digital business network, participants will gain practical skills, implement eco-friendly practices, and foster long-term economic resilience in rural communities. It is implemented under the Erasmus+ KA210-ADU programme, focusing on innovation and capacity building in adult education.
This Erasmus+ project, coordinated by the InnovEdu Nexus Institut (Germany), strengthens adult education (ADU) by combining AI-powered inclusive teaching with green and digital skills for future employment. More than 50 Open Educational Resources (OERs) will be created, ensuring open access to innovative learning materials and fostering long-term EU partnerships. With at least 30% participation from disadvantaged groups, the project actively works to close the digital divide and promote equitable learning opportunities.
AISMark – AI and Sustainability in Marketing
The Erasmus KA220 HED project AISMark (AI-Driven Sustainable Marketing) aims to transform higher education by integrating artificial intelligence and sustainable marketing, building a new generation of students and educators equipped with green and digital competences.
