The initiatives presented below reflect educational activities implemented or initiated in 2025 within the framework of lifelong learning and non-formal education.

Participants include adult learners, educators, trainers and volunteers engaged in learning exchanges, training activities and European cooperation projects in accordance with the principles of the Erasmus+ programme.

The activities are implemented in cooperation with partner organisations and learning communities across Europe and continue to evolve through further collaboration, learning exchanges and project development.

Through these initiatives, InnovEdu Nexus Institut supports digital competences, sustainability awareness and inclusive learning environments, empowering individuals and communities to actively participate in social and economic transformation.

Each initiative reflects our core belief: education is not only about acquiring knowledge, but about unlocking potential, strengthening communities and creating inclusive opportunities for learning throughout life.

The Digital Future – AI & EdTech for Lifelong Learning activity was implemented in January 2025 as part of InnovEdu’s initiatives supporting digital competences in adult learning.

The activity brought together adult learners, educators and volunteer learning facilitators interested in exploring the responsible and practical use of artificial intelligence in educational contexts. Participants worked with digital learning tools, discussed ethical aspects of AI in education and exchanged experiences on how technology can support personalised and inclusive learning.

The initiative continues through further learning exchanges, workshops and cooperation with partner organisations working in the field of adult education and digital learning.

The Green Skills 360 – Digital & Sustainable Entrepreneurship training activity was implemented in June 2025 in Ulm, Germany as part of InnovEdu’s educational initiatives linking sustainability, entrepreneurship and digital competences.

Participants included adult learners, educators and professionals interested in sustainable business development and digital innovation. During the programme, participants explored topics such as circular economy principles, digital tools for sustainable entrepreneurship and responsible business practices.

The activity fostered a collaborative learning environment in which participants exchanged experiences and developed ideas for sustainable and digitally supported economic initiatives.

The initiative continues through ongoing cooperation, learning exchanges and further educational activities related to sustainable entrepreneurship.

The Inclusive Learning – Digital Accessibility for All initiative was implemented during 2025 in Ulm, Germany, bringing together educators, adult learners and learning facilitators working in the field of inclusive education.

Participants explored approaches such as Universal Design for Learning (UDL), accessibility tools and inclusive digital learning environments. The activity supported the development of practical strategies for creating accessible learning opportunities and reducing barriers in digital education.

The initiative promotes collaboration between educators, learners and volunteers engaged in non-formal education and inclusive learning practices and continues through further cooperation activities focused on accessible digital education.

From 19 to 22 May 2025, representatives of InnovEdu Nexus Institut e.V. participated in a training organised at the invitation of the Belgrade Business and Arts Academy of Applied Studies (Serbia).

The training focused on the use of digital platforms in teaching, innovative approaches to online collaboration and the development of digital learning content. Participants exchanged experiences and good practices related to digital learning environments and collaborative educational approaches.

The activity concluded with a certificate of appreciation confirming the successful cooperation and exchange of knowledge between participating organisations.

The S.M.A.R.T. – AI & Digital Power for Rural Entrepreneurs project (01.09.2025 – 28.02.2027) supports rural entrepreneurs, adult learners and trainers in developing digital competences and sustainable business practices.

Through training activities, mentoring and collaborative learning networks, participants explore AI-supported marketing tools, digital business strategies and environmentally responsible entrepreneurial practices.

The project is implemented under the Erasmus+ KA210-ADU programme, focusing on innovation, digital transformation and capacity building in adult education.

This Erasmus+ KA122-ADU project, coordinated by InnovEdu Nexus Institut e.V. (Germany), strengthens adult education by integrating inclusive AI-supported learning approaches with green and digital competences.

The project is implemented through structured learning mobility activities, cooperation with European partner organisations and the development of Open Educational Resources (OERs) supporting innovation and inclusion in adult learning.

Mobility activities are carried out for formally registered adult learners and, where applicable, educational staff or volunteer facilitators involved in the educational activities of InnovEdu Nexus Institut e.V., in compliance with Erasmus+ programme eligibility rules.

AISMark – AI and Sustainability in Marketing

The Erasmus+ KA220 HED project AISMark (AI-Driven Sustainable Marketing) aims to strengthen higher education by integrating artificial intelligence and sustainable marketing approaches into modern learning environments.

Over a period of 24 months, the international consortium led by Ss. Cyril and Methodius University – Skopje, together with Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, the University of Belgrade, and InnovEdu Nexus Institut e.V., develops innovative educational approaches that combine AI technologies with sustainable marketing practices.

The project includes the development of new learning materials, collaborative learning activities, research exchange and the establishment of an AI & Green Marketing Learning Hub supporting students, educators and researchers.
